How does the system work?

One of our drivers will pick you up from home and take you to your chosen destination. The driver will either wait for you or agree a time to collect you and take you home.

How much will it cost?

There is a mileage charge of 40 per mile for all journeys plus a booking fee of £2.50, if the journey is within the Borough of Maidstone.  Journeys outside the Borough have a booking fee of £5 and trips to London hospitals have a booking fee of £7.  There is a minimum charge of £5 for short journeys . 

How do I pay?

Payment must be made directly to the driver in cash.  Receipts are available on request.

How do I make a booking?

Contact us on the above number between 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday.  If possible, we would like a minimum of 3 days notice.
